• Where is the store based?

  Molina, Chile

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I sure do! From US, South America, Europa, someplaces in Asia and almost anywhere, Chilean post is a bit specific, but probably yes.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I send all orders once I have received from the manufacturer about a week or a bit more, I prioritize big order, but they all are shipped in max 2 weeks, unless they are preorders. Chilean's postal service takes a while, like a month as max ^^ (20 to 30)

  Preorders may take a while to be done, since I need to get a certain number of orders to start the making process, so be patient and keep tuned about them in my twitter, where I post all
  updates.

• I'm From the US and want a refund

  The current tariff situation is unfortunately out of my hands.

  If your order was placed for a regular in-stock product (meaning not a preorder), I can offer you a full refund. However, preorder items work differently, as preorders are opened before the manufacturing process begins, and a significant portion of the payment goes directly toward production costs. Because of this, I’m unable to provide full refunds for preorder purchases.

  At the moment, the best option is to wait until the shipping and tariff situation becomes more stable again.

  I sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult situation.
